(Jordan) Palmer had some fightin words for the Buckeyes
Jordan Palmer is following in his brothers’ footsteps in more ways than one. Not only is Jordan Palmer, who is the twin younger brother of Cincinnati Bengals QB Carson Palmer, currently a backup quarterback on The Bengals roster (just like his brother), but the former UTEP standout took it upon himself to bash The Ohio State Buckeyes just days before USC takes on Ohio State in the shoe (just like his brother!). Here’s what he said:
“Our Trojans are going to wreak some havoc this week. Ohio State fans are the most annoying people on the planet. It’s unbelievable. … They wear their stuff year-end, because there’s nothing else going on here.”
…and he was far from done. When asked about Ohio State blowout loss to USC last year, Jordan went on to state:
“They blamed it on the quarterback situation last year. (Now) They’ve got everything they need, I’m ready to see SC whip up on them when they’re healthy and full speed.”
This is hilarious. Simply hilarious. Many are outraged at Jordan’s comments, stating he is just adding fuel to the OSU fire, however similar commets were made by Carson Palmer about this time last year and, in a move that punctured a horse-shoe sized hole in “Bulletin Board” Logic, The Trojans went on to house The Buckeyes, 35-3.
