Herschel Walker to fight MMA

Herschel Walker, yes THAT Herschel Walker, has signed a deal with The Strikeforce Fighting Promotion.  The former Probowler will begin training in San Jose in (UFC fighter) Josh Koscheck’s camp and he intends to fight at a date yet to be determined.

Strikeforce is widely considered to be the (distant) 2nd largest fighting promotion after UFC.  They recently signed the #1 heavyweight on Sherdog.com, Fedor Emelianenko.
