With an 11 point Buffalo Bills lead and just over 5 minutes to play in the 4th Quarter, something just didn’t seem right. And that notion (that something didn’t seem right) was right.
T.O. was quiet as The Bills snatch defeat from the Jaws of victory
The Bills went on to allow Tom Brady and The New England Patriots to march down the field, score one touchdown from Brady to TE Ben Watson, kickoff (instead of onside kick), force a Buffalo Bills fumble (by KR Leodis McCelvin) on the ensuing return, march downthe (shorter) field once again, and score another Tom Brady to Ben Watson touchdown, thus cutting in front of the Bills in the “win column” line. Scott Norwood, although still alive, is turning over in his grave.
