Apparently, ESPN Employees goofed off during Sexual Harrassment Training

With the breaking of the Steve Phillips sexual harassment story earlier this week, it now seems that there indeed is a sexual harassment epidemic at the World Wide Leader as Phillips was just yet another name at ESPN to have gotten in hot water for a sex scandal that could have been avoided had he taken the ESPN sexual harassment seminar (Assuming they have one? Maybe not such a safe assumption) seriously.

Steve Phillips took a leave of absence earlier this week after admitting to an affair with an intern.

Steve Phillips took a leave of absence earlier this week after admitting to an affair with an intern.

Taking a progressive and proactive role, we would like to alleviate this problem by presenting our own sexual harassment seminar for ESPN employees in the hopes that they do not follow in the footsteps of these individuals:

Steve Phillips: You’ve heard the story.  Steve Phillips did his best impression of Bill Clinton earlier this week as a public figure in a position of power who thought it was a good idea to sleep with a young, unattractive intern.  Phillips has since taken a leave of absence.

Jason Jackson: Remember him?  This former NBA analyst was fired from ESPN for allegedly making “comments that had sexual overtones on occasion in select company”.

Erik Kuselias: Kuselias has been mired in sex-scandals and somehow has managed to keep his job at ESPN in true Kobe Bryant fashion.  Kuselias has allegedly yelled sexual obsceneties to employees while also allegedly seeing fellow ESPN personality, Stephania Bell, behind his wife’s back.  This guy HAD to have been absent for that class.

Harold Reynolds: The longtime ESPN baseball analyst was abruptly dismissed from ESPN, apparently for one of those sexual harassment hugs he gave to a female ESPN employee.  Reynolds vehemently denied any wrongdoing as he clamored for his job back, but he has since been relegated to the world of the obscure otherwise known as The MLB Network.

Sean Salisbury: This man, a former NFL analyst (and I thought The NFL could do no wrong), may or may not have been fired for showing his private parts to a woman at a party via cell phone.  The story that basically made the sports blog famous overnight and is also quite infamous in it own right as it may now lead to a lawsuit.

So without further a do, we present The Big Nasty Athletic Dept’s supplemental sexual harassment training for all ESPN employees to abide by, in order to avoid seeing their hopes and dreams as an ESPN superstar crushed as they will be forced to work for a local sports station or for The MLB network (see ya in a month, Steve?).
