HINDSIGHT BCS BOWL PREDICTIONS
As the games begin to take on more of a playoff feel, and as we near closer to Bowl season, I felt that now would be a good time to make my BCS Bowl predictions after 9 weeks worth of hindsigh:
Orange Bowl: Georgia Tech vs. Cincinnati
Sugar Bowl: Boise State vs. Alabama
Fiesta Bowl: TCU vs. USC
Rose Bowl: Iowa vs. Oregon
BCS National Championship: Florida vs. Texas
I TOLD YOU SO…
Florida DID cover at Georgia
OOPS!
Oregon State DIDN’T cover vs. UCLA
VA Tech didn’t win vs. UNC
Arizona State DIDN’T beat Cal
USC DIDN’T beat Oregon
South Carolina DIDN’T cover at Tennessee. Whatever.
THINGS TO THINK ABOUT GOING FORWARD:
Can The Tide continues its roll against LSU?
LSU @ Alabama: This could be the week that Alabama finally messes around and loses one. If LSU is on, and who knows if they will be, ‘Bama might not need to wait until The SEC title game to get eliminated from The BCS Title picture. Word on the street is that The SEC has begun to become overrated. I agree. I’ll be surprised if the final score on this one goes over 25.
