NFL Halftime Hindsight: Favre @ Packers

Vikes 17, Pack 3 Favre and The Vikings are picking up right where they left off on The Monday Night game. The Packers still can’t get to Favre (perhaps a force of habit from scrimmages against Favre where you can’t hit the QB?) and Aaron Rodgers has already been sacked 4 times as he is on pace to equal his 8 sack ‘performance’ at Minnesota.
Favre gets booed: Favre got booed every time he took the field. That’s some serious cash in some office pools.
The Bi-annual Favrebowl has reached the conclusion of the 1st half.
Favre Cam: If the hype leading up to this Favretastic showdown didn’t kill enough of you brain cells, there is currently a Favre cam set up on NFL.com so you can see him on the sidelines flipping pages while Aaron Rodgers is getting sacked.
THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS NEED A HALF TIME PEP-TALK
The Packers Offensive Line: On pace to give up another 8 sacks to The Vikings and well over 50 sacks for the season. And we thought the pressure he’d be dealing with coming into this game would be bad.
The Packers Offense: With 5 punts and 5 completions, The Packers’ offense is making this hyped Favrebowl hard to watch.
For the record: We like The Packers, for personal reasons more than anything else, and we’re stickin to it. Packers come back for the win, 23-20. But don’t hold you breath.
