NFL SpreadSHREDDER, Week 11: Who Dey Think Dey Gonna Take Dem Points?
__________________________________________________________________________SpreadSHREDDER Week 10 ATS: 1-1-1
SpreadSHREDDER Overall ATS: 19-11-1
SpreadSHREDDER Week 10 vs. The Total: 0-1
SpreadSHREDDER Overall vs. The Total: 2-1-1*
*Miami @ Carolina: UNDER Cashed earlier tonight (UNDER picked by SpreadSHREDDER)
The SpreadSHREDDER kept it in neutral, after the first tie ATS in SpreadSHREDDER history, however extended it’s unbeaten streak ATS while hiccuping in the wagering total category (a hiccup that we made up for earlier tonight with our ‘ghost’ under pick of the Dolphins/Panthers game).
With 6 weeks left to reach our new and improved goal of a 70% threshold against the spread, we open with another upset in the making.
Oakland (+9.5) over Cincinnati
To the trained eye, everything about this game screams upset. The Bengals are coming off of the biggest win of their season and now must travel to the other side of the country to play the habitual underdog Oakland Raiders who will be making the quarterback switch to Bruce Gradkowski.

The Bengals don't know it yet, but they are not going to beat The Raiders this weekend.
Handicappers may omit Cincy’s meaningless record ATS as a favorite in hopes of the sucker bettors giving the 9.5, but The Bengals’ struggles as a favorite this season cannot be ignored considering the above mentioned situation that they find themselves in. OAKLAND, 13-7.
Arizona (-9) over St. Louis
For whatever reason, The Cardinals are better on the road this season than at home, but Arizona should feel right at home in the confines of a dome against a defense ranked 28th in The NFL. The Rams are beginning to enjoy an inflated value (if you could believe that) after hanging with the Saints in a game where they had 2 weeks to prepare for a home game.
Arizona’s running game, with rookie Chris Wells, is beginning to catch up to its always-flourishing passing attack and St. Louis’ run defense (also ranked 28th) will facilitate the progress of Arizona’s running backs. ARIZONA, 28-10
Pittsburgh (-10) over Kansas City
The Steelers will be seeking a much needed win after their offense looked flat last week, and they will be going up against a first year coaching staff (first-year coaches suffer blowouts almost 60 percent of the time) and a team averaging only 15 first downs per game. Kansas City won’t be moving the chains much more than that against Pittsburgh’s top 5 defense. Expect a newly focused Pittsburgh team to put KC away early with a decisive victory. PITTSBURGH 34-7.
