Since ESPN feels that it’s a good idea to ambush College sports fan with 24 hours of College Basketball programming during the first week of regular season play (maybe they think they’ll get to March quicker that way?) it’s easy for many stories to be buried in the over-saturation of college basketball that is opening week.

Not to worry, Bruins fan, this loss means about as much as it will when The Bruins throttle UNC Ashville in the first round of the 2010 College Basketball Tourney.  Isn’t that what the College Basketball regular season has been reduced to?
