Giants/Cowboys battle for who gets the most grief from the media next week. The Cowboys can’t win in December, and The Giants continue freefall after winning 5 straight. Tune in to the second half to see which headline wins out.  For what it’s worth, The Giants are up 14-10.

Eli Manning and The Giants find themselves in must-win territory this week.

Cleveland hanging around. The Chargers have been pummeling opponents lately, but The lowly Browns are taking the fight to San Diego with improved play by QB Brady Quinn.  San Diego leads, 13-7.

San Fran tied with Seattle, 14-14. This game went down to a pick ‘em game on the boards.  Now you see why.

WILD ASS EARLY GAMES

Since there were so many screwball finishes and scores in today’s early games, we had to do a double take.

Raiders beat Steelers, 27-24. After a back-and-fourth 4th quarter, that saw 2 80 plus yard drives from Oakland, The Steelers can officially begin to panic.

The Dolphins steal a win from The Patriots, 22-21. The New England Patriots lost back-to-back games for the first time since 2006 as they were victims to a late comeback drive by Chad Henne and The Miami Dolphins.   A lot of people, including us, picked New England to go to the Superbowl. If they make the playoffs, they will go on the road if they want to make it back to the Superbowl.  The Patriots are 1-5 on the road this season.  Uh oh.

The Redskins ‘do it again’. Washington was one field goal away from going up by 10 points with less than 2 minutes left in the game and putting the game out of reach for The New Orleans Saints.  After Shaun Suisham missed that field goal, it was business as usual for The Redskins who committed 2 turnovers in the 4th quarter and overtime and blew a 4th quarter lead for the 3rd straight game.  The Saints remained undefeated after a 33-30 win.
