Scouting Report: You may have already heard of Dos Caras Jr. Caras Jr. has had a prominent Lucha Libre career that dates back to 2000, and he recently joined the WWE on their recent ‘death tour’ of Europe.
Dos Caras seems to be on the verge of being called up to the main roster after being signed in July of 2009, and his superior and unique skill set should add flavor to the WWE roster similar to fellow international superstars Yoshi Tatsu amd Primo Colon.
Caras Jr. has gotten rave reviews for his work with Evan Bourne and Christian during the WWE’s European tour, and should carve out a nice niche for himself a a midcard attraction.
It doesn’t appear that Caras has a strong command over the English language (this was turned into a positive as he cut promos in Spanish while in Europe to gain heat), and he doesn’t sport the muscular look frequently seen in WWE heavyweight champions. However Caras Jr.’s thrilling in ring style, that is fine-tuned for the WWE PG era, will allow him to stand out from his peers.
Look for Dos Caras Jr. to appear on WWE TV in the near future (possibly sometime after the WWE Draft). Given the talent he could potentially work with on the WWE roster, matches featuring Dos Caras Jr. should be quite the treat.
