Maybe Lance Storm Isn’t Full of Crap After All
__________________________________________________________________________With ECW brouhaha taking it’s not-so-rightful place in TNA, semi-relevant names and faces from the nineties look to cash in on one last fat paycheck despite Dixie Carter insisting otherwise.
One man who will not be getting in on the latest impression of ECW, come the ECW-themed Hardcore Justice Pay-per-view on August 8th, is ECW original and outspoken TNA hater Lance Storm. 
We’ve had our share of fun at Lance Storm, mostly in part because of his on again, off again relationship with his television when it comes to TNA.
On April 6, 2010, as he has done in the past, Storm publicly stated his intentions to stop watching TNA. Simply entitling the post, on his Stormwrestling.com wrestling commentary site, “I’m Done,” Storm electronically threw up his hands in frustration and openly protested the product.
To the surprise of absolutely no one, Lance Storm has since resumed following the product, most recently playing fantasy booker as it pertains to the current ECW storyline.
We have to give partial credit where it’s due, however, as Storm has reportedly turned down an offer to appear at TNA’s Hardcore Justice pay-per-view. Storm felt that the idea of Lance Storm in TNA would be somewhat disengenuous, stating
“I feel it would be hypocritical of me to work the show, considering my out outspoken views of the TNA product.”
Go figure.
Storm’s demonstration of abstinence from physically appearing in the very Impact Zone he curses so brilliantly on his website, despite easily being able to hide behind the ‘it’s for the love of ECW’ excuse, is very impressive.
Upon the ECW reunion news breaking, we would have bet money that the flipitty floppity behavior of Lance Storm, when it comes to TNA, would have translated to a taking a booking with the company despite expressing ‘Extremely’ harsh sentiments. Pun intended.
