Gloria James Arrested for Putting her Claws on a Rockfeller

Gloria James, mother of Miami Heat star LeBron James, is in the news again – which can’t be a good thing, nor is it.
James was arrested at the Fontainebleu hotel in Miami, FL when she became impatient with a valet who just happened to be a somebody. The valet (Sorel Rockfeller – yes, from that Rockfleller family) called the police upon James physically assaulting him when access to her vehicle was delayed.
According to a story on Fox Sports:
“Police said several witnesses supported valet worker Sorel Rockfeller’s account of the alleged assault. LeBron James said people are helping his mother with the situation, and that he was not at the hotel with her early Thursday.”
LeBron commented on the unfortunate situation, saying:
“‘You have to move forward,” the NBA’s two-time reigning MVP said. ”It is my life and there’s certain things you have to deal with. You try not to let it be a distraction. I have a job to do, still.”
This is not the first time Gloria James has had a run in with the law as she was arrested for a DUI in Cleveland back in 2006. Perhaps she needs to consider taking her talents to rehab.
